Background
White Light Studio is a post-production studio based in Thailand. Serving the international film community for over ten years, their clients’ films have been screened in leading film festivals like Berlin, Busan, and Toronto. White Light Studio actively supports filmmakers and sponsors post-production awards such as the Hong Kong Asia Film Financing Forum (HAF), Southeast Asia Fiction Film Lab (SEAFIC), and Purin Pictures Film Fund.

Challenge
Since White Light Studio started their business, they used Areca RAID servers, macOS servers and external hard drives. As their projects, including movies and TV series, grew over the years and the storage requirements of files increased with the adoption of HD and 4K, they required a high-performance storage solution. White Light Studio were looking for larger storage space, faster transfer speed, and the ability to manage their data over their network, which would enable them to improve productivity across teams and faster editing of 4K/8K projects.
